    I visited this branch some 2 weeks ago to ask for a Business Deposit Book, none are available, however, a person can have one sent...I called again to do just that and was promised this would be done...So far no Deposit book has appeared...Rather shabby since we have been clients of this bank (although not this branch) for 40 years....

    Called last week and left a message. No one ever got back to me. Then called tonight to get some clearifications and got the most rude and unhelpful employee. VERY unsymapthetic and did not help to offer solutions to my situation. Treated me like I was an idiot, like I should know all of their hidden services and all of the inner workings of the bank.
